Accounts
No registration is required to view the public area of the Website. However, you must provide a valid email address, phone number and personal details to view the Whitelabel Concierge company selections and booking platform. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel registrants at any time and without notice.
All registrants must be registered with a valid email address that you access regularly so that we may contact you. Any accounts which have been registered with someone else's email address or with temporary email addresses may be closed without notice. We may require users to re-validate their registration if we believe they have been using an invalid email address.
Closing accounts: We reserve the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple registrations, or if a non-Spanish user pretends to be a Spanish user, or disrupts the Website or the Service in any way.
Multiple logins: There is a limit of one registration per customer. In the event that a customer attempts to do multiple registrations we may take action against that customer which may include, but is not limited to, removing any registrants which we believe are duplicates.
Membership Purchases
Wallis Consultancy S.L sells membership programmes via this Website (www.mylocalconcierge.com) which entitles a client to access of their full range of concierge services.
It is a condition of Purchase that we are able to send you administrative and/or marketing emails. If you supply a mobile number during registration we may also contact you via SMS message with promotional offers or Website updates.
By clicking "Buy Now" and completing the purchase process, you are entering into an agreement to buy the chosen membership programme at the offered Price.
Once the membership has been selected we will authorise our payment provider to debit the agreed funds from your account. By making a purchase you are agreeing to abide by the Terms and Conditions set out here as well as any additional Terms set out elsewhere on the Website by Wallis Consultancy S.L.
Right to cancel - Once the Membership has been activated, you may cancel the transaction at any time within 7 working days before travel however, if you wish to cancel you must do so by contacting us by email or telephone to tell us you are cancelling.
Responsibilities
The Whitelabel Concierge membership is sold by Wallis Consultancy S.L and also represents access to a selection of Partners.
In the case of a service being provided by a Partner of Whitelabel Concierge, the partner is solely responsible for providing you with the Product or Service advertised.
Trade Marks
The trade marks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trade marks") displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trade marks of the Website Owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trade mark without the prior written permission of the Website Owner.
